Once this window has passed, the Association will not be able to provide you with support in finding accommodation due to having to release the rooms for general sale.

The online Hotel Reservation process must be completed by 21st May 2018. Reservations will be processed strictly according to the date of booking.

During the booking process, the guest is required to pay at least 50% of the full amount payable to make the reservation valid, otherwise accommodation cannot be guaranteed for your delegation. They are required to pay the remaining 50% by 21st May 2018.

In the case of guests booking or paying for hotels after 21st May 2018, there will be an additional compulsory 10% surcharge added to the amount payable. In this instance, guests must ring the accommodation contact detailed above. After payment, the accommodation provider is obligated to send a confirmation of the payment.
