Following a meeting of the Selection Panel, and the subsequent ratification from the Performance Advisory Group (PAG), the following fighters meet the criteria outlined in the 2023 U23 European Championships Selection Policy document, and have therefore been selected to represent Great Britain at the 2023 U23 European Championships to be held from 17-19 November 2023, in Potsdam, Germany:
