MEMBERSHIP MANAGEMENT PORTAL ACCESS

The British Judo Association is now progressing into the final stages of the implementation of the Association’s latest digital platform and are pleased to provide an update regarding club coach access.

The new membership management portal, powered by myMA will enable club coaches, secretaries (admin users) and those already with access granted to view active British Judo members of their dedicated club. Admin users will also be able to view any members who have lapsed within a 12-month period.

Nominated admin users will be contacted via email with details on how to access the British Judo membership management portal.

As part of the initial roll-out, the membership management portal will only allow admins to view their British Judo club members and their details. The portal feature which enables admin users to upload member gradings will be temporarily suspended whilst further development takes place to include a secure payment system.

For now, gradings will need to continue to be completed and submitted electronically using the gradings sheet below in full. Completed gradings sheets should then be emailed to thedojo@britishjudo.org.uk

Further details on how to submit gradings can be found here: https://bja.platform81.com/membership-dojo-update-gradings/

If you are looking to manage your own British Judo membership, for example, it has lapsed or is due to expire soon, please use the British Judo dojo to update your membership. For new members who are wishing to take out a British Judo membership or renew an existing membership, this can all be managed by accessing the online dojo.

As part of the Association’s digital transformation, the integration of new digital technology is expectable, resulting in fundamental changes in how the Association operates. Whilst some changes have become disruptive for many, the British Judo Association would like to thank members for their cooperation and patience during the challenging transformation period.
