Membership Grading Packs Update

The British Judo Association (BJA) is pleased to confirm that they are now in receipt of the grading packs and are currently issuing these out to members who are waiting to receive them.

Logistics between our supplier in China and international couriers have meant that there has been an unfortunate delay in issuing grading packs, including certificates.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused and are grateful for your support during this short delay.

The BJA is also taking this opportunity to remind club coaches and secretaries of the current gradings process.

The gradings feature on the British Judo MyMA site has entered the final stages of testing and implementation and is expected to be available for club coaches to access shortly.

In the interim, all gradings must continue to be submitted to our memberships team for processing with all gradings sheets to be completed electronically and emailed to thedojo@britishjudo.org.uk.

PLEASE NOTE: Grading sheets are being processed in the order they are received. Grading sheets should only be submitted once to the dedicated email address above.

Full details on how to submit gradings, including accessing the approved gradings sheet, please click here.
