We are thrilled to add a Technical Thursday session to our weekly virtual sessions courtesy of Team Bath Coaches Adam Hall and Tom Reed.

British Judo are inviting members to join us for a series of virtual judo training sessions to help keep you motivated and in shape, ready for your return to the tatami.

Open to members aged 12 and over, the guys will be hosting a Thursday evening session starting on 3rd December for the next three weeks in the build up to Christmas.

Sessions will centre around players continuing their technical development, whilst detailing how players can continue to train aspects of their judo from home/restricted to non-contact training.

These sessions are open to all valid British Judo members. You can sign up to the sessions free of charge below. Booking is open for the first week of workouts and each session following this will be open seven days in advance. Then keep an eye on your emails as prior to each session we will send you the link needed to join and provide details of any equipment needed – don’t worry, it will all be things you have lying around the home!

Also, stay tuned to the British Judo social media pages as we will be announcing further training sessions with special guests over the coming weeks!

Did you know keeping to a good routine, eating well, ensuring you have a good night’s sleep and exercising moderately for an hour a day will support your wellbeing during lockdown?  Why not take advantage of these sessions to support your own wellbeing and supplement your usual weekly training?
