British Judo is seeking to appoint a Chair to lead the Association to Tokyo and beyond together with growing the grassroots of the sport, drive the BJA’s mission and vision by providing inclusive leadership to the Association and Board.

The Chair will be will be responsible for developing strategic leadership, external relations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness of the Board and build a strong relationship with the Chief Executive and the wider management team to lead the organisation up to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
