Invitation to train at Open National Squad Training
British Judo’s latest Open National Squad Training (ONST) will take place from 7-9 September at Kendal Judo Club.
As you are aware, these are Open National Squad Training sessions, so all players (Minimum Age: 16, Minimum Grade: 1st Kyu) are more than welcome to attend on a self-funding basis, so please spread the word to your fellow judoka.

Please ensure you bring Judogi, Running Kit and Running Shoes, Swimming Costume, Water Bottle & First Aid Kit
Players must be changed into Judogi, taped/strapped up and READY TO TRAIN 15mins prior to the START of EVERY session
