British Judo’s latest Open National Squad Training (ONST) will take place from 5-7 October at Walsall Sports Centre.

As you are aware, these are Open National Squad Training sessions, so all players (Minimum Age: 16, Minimum Grade: 1^st Kyu) are more than welcome to attend on a self-funding basis, so please spread the word to your fellow judoka.

VENUE:                                       Walsall Sports Centre, Gorway Road, Walsall, WS1 3BD.

ARRIVAL:                            Friday:                               6.30pm for 7.00pm start.

DEPARTURE:                     Sunday                              3:30pm onwards.

Please ensure you bring Judogi, Running Kit and Running Shoes, Swimming Costume, Water Bottle & First Aid Kit.

Players must be changed into Judogi, taped/strapped up and READY TO TRAIN 15mins prior to the START of EVERY session.
