Finding Your Feet is a programme providing strength and balance exercise classes for older adults or those who have a fear of falling, had a fall or are at risk of falling.
The aims of the programme include:
- Reduce falls
- Reduce injury due to falls
- Improve balance & strength
- Improve ability to complete everyday tasks
- Increase stamina
- Improve mood
- Improve confidence and independence
Led by qualified judo coach and local Wayne McDonald. This is a free session. Sign up is completed by filling out the form below or calling our events team.
