As part of the review by the independent consultant, we want to provide our members and stakeholders with the opportunity to contribute suggestions for improvements to our governance structures and processes.  Our focus at this stage is on our corporate governance structures.  We would specifically welcome views on our decision making structures including the Council, the Board, the Panels and Commissions with a focus on the Board as the BJA’s main day to day decision making body.
