British Judo have today launched an online hub designed to allow members to find and book their online workouts and home sessions in one place.

The site forms part of British Judo’s #StrongerTogether campaign designed to support the return of judo by keeping members active and upskilling so that the judo community are in the best shape to return to club sport as a player, coach and volunteer.

We have hosted a number of excellent sessions from the likes of former Olympian Sophie Cox, Bishop Stortford’s Chloe Nunn with several exciting workouts coming up with Team Bath, Kerry Tansey and Ian Johns (with guest appearances from the GB squad).

These sessions are open to all valid British Judo members. You can sign up to the sessions free of charge.

Stay tuned to the British Judo social media pages as we will be announcing further training sessions with special guests over the coming weeks!

Did you know keeping to a good routine, eating well, ensuring you have a good night’s sleep and exercising moderately for an hour a day will support your wellbeing during lockdown?  Why not take advantage of these sessions to support your own wellbeing and supplement your usual weekly training?
