Kerry Tansey will be leading on a series of adaptive judo home sessions in the build up to Christmas.

British Judo are inviting members to join us for a series of virtual judo training sessions to help keep you motivated and in shape, ready for your return to the tatami.

Open to members of all ages, Kerry will be hosting her first practical session on Saturday 12th December with a further “information session” for coaches, parents and players on Thursday 17th December.

Sessions will offer a mix of technical judo, agility practices and exercises. You will not need any specialised equipment for the sessions, just a judo suit and belt to use for the activities.

These sessions are open to all valid British Judo members. You can sign up to the sessions free of charge below. Booking is open for the first week of workouts and each session following this will be open seven days in advance. Then keep an eye on your emails as prior to each session we will send you the link needed to join.

Also, stay tuned to the British Judo social media pages as we will be announcing further training sessions with special guests over the coming weeks!

Did you know keeping to a good routine, eating well, ensuring you have a good night’s sleep and exercising moderately for an hour a day will support your wellbeing during lockdown?  Why not take advantage of these sessions to support your own wellbeing and supplement your usual weekly training?
