Safeguarding
This workshop is a face-to-face in-person workshop suitable for coaches and welfare officers. This course is open to sports outside of judo.
Accredited by UK Coaching, this workshop will raise your awareness of the tell-tale signs of abuse and give you the tools and confidence you need to deal with any issues sensitively, appropriately and effectively should the need ever arise in your coaching career.
Learners must be:
- A minimum of 16 years of age to attend the workshop.
- 16-17 year olds must be accompanied by parent/guardian, coach or mentor (over 18).
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
Course fee: £40.00
To be arranged after registration and attending course. £40 individual course, or package of SPC/FA £60 for both. Date: 18th May 2024
