National Inclusion Training Day Returns in February 2024

The British Judo Olympic and Paralympic National Training Centre will once again play host to the British National Inclusion Open Training Day on Saturday 10th February 2024.

British Adaptive Judo welcomes all levels of disability (Physical, Sensory, Intellectual Impairment, Learning) to a full-packed timetable.  The day will be delivered to address all levels of impairment with the support from the GB Adaptive Working Group Coaches and GB athletes (competition and training commitment depending)

Personal coaches are welcome on the mat too.

All levels are welcome from novice to experienced, from beginners to Champions.. as many of our GB Adaptive team will also be in attendance.

The day is free to attend however you must complete the entry form below.

Timetable for the day

9:30 AM – 9:50 AM Registration at British Judo Olympic and Paralympic National Training Centre, University of Wolverhampton, Walsall
9:55 AM – 10:00 AM Welcome
10:00 AM – 11:00 AM Newaza
10:15 AM – 12:15 PM 45-minute workshops: Newaza Skills, Tachiwaza skills and Technical content

(15 – 20 minute breaks between workshops)

12:15 – 1:00 PM Lunch (please bring your own)
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM Adaptive Kata
2:15 PM – 3:00 PM Strength and Conditioning and Games
3:00 PM – 4:00 PM Randori & Cool down
4:00 PM FINISH: Thank you, Rei, pictures
