The IBSA Judo Grand Prix Warwick got underway today and tomorrow sees the British fighters in action.

Staged at the University of Warwick Sports and Wellness Hub, there will be six British fighters competing on the final day, in what will be the final Paralympic qualification event before the Tokyo Games.

Dan Powell and Evan Molloy compete in the -81kg category. Powell, who is seeded 4th has an opening round bye and will face the current Panamerican silver medallist Rodriguez Reyes (CUB) in the Quarter Final. Meanwhile Molloy will face Smagululy (KAZ) in the opening round.

Elliot Stewart is joined by Cameron Bradley in the -90kg category. Stewart is seeded 3rd and has an opening round bye and will await the victor of the opening round match between Panamerican Champion Cavalcante Da Silva (BRA) and Kizilashvili (GEO).

Bradley, who makes his Grand Prix debut will face Ties (USA) in Round One.

Fresh from his silver medal at the IBSA Judo Grand Prix Baku, top seed Chris Skelley has an opening round bye and will face Pominov (UKR) in the Quarter-Final.

Jack Hodgson is seeded 3rd and will have an opening round bye before facing Paralympic bronze medallist Fernandez Sastre (CUB) in the Quarter-Final.

Preliminary Rounds will start at 10:00am (BST) with Final Block due to start at 14:30 (BST).
