UK Coaching recently consulted with Sport England and their Club Matters team to refresh the coaching information on their website to help clubs and organisations recruit, recognise, look after and develop their coaches and make sure their practices are as inclusive as possible.
The new page is full of advice, examples of best practice and links to other resources.
These are designed to be helpful to clubs and organisations, plus the work that you do in supporting the broader workforce.
Some clubs and organisations will already be aware of the importance of things like inclusive coaching, for example, but others may need a helping hand.
