2015 British Success in Belgium and Holland

‘On the Bounce’
Between the 31st of October 2015, and the 1st of November 2015, a combined team of Judoka from Bradley Stoke Judo Club and the Welsh Judo Association, descended on the 10th edition of the Flanders Judo Cup, in Lommel Belgium.
This high level competition limited to 800 Judoka, attracted entries from countries such as Israel, Ireland, Poland, Russia and Azerbaijan.
This two day event produced some marvelous Judo with valuable experience being gained, at the competition and the following European Judo camp, where the whole team showed strength and tenacity in dealing with their European counterparts.
All Judoka should be congratulated on their efforts throughout.
The following Judoka should be congratulated on their success and placing:
Stephanie Walker (Wales & B.S.J.C) Combined -52kg. Gold
Millie Orledge (B.S.J.C) -63kg. Bronze
Tatum Keen (B.S.J.C) -48kg. Bronze
Jasmine Hacker Jones (Wales) -57kg. 5th place

Days later between the 7th and 8th of November 2015 another combined team of Judoka from Bradley Stoke Judo Club, The Welsh Judo Association, and the Western Area, travelled to ‘The Hague’ in Holland competing in a 2 day event that attracted over 1400 competitors.
This main stream competition used as the Dutch National Team selection produced some spectacular Judo from Judoka as young as 9 to 21 years old.
