Three months on from the launch of the British Judo Association’s new online membership renewal and application system, we are delighted to report an increase in membership numbers and member satisfaction.

The new system processes membership automatically on to the database. For current and new members alike this means that they can reapply/apply for membership on a Friday and will immediately receive an email confirming their membership number ready to enter a competition the following morning. Previously, this would have taken a working day to process.

Over the last 4 weeks these changes have helped contribute to a growth in membership of over 1000.

The introduction of the new membership system has also freed up capacity within the membership team enabling them to offer greater support to members that contact British Judo head office.
