Olympic Medallist to visit Northampton Premier Judo Club
Olympic silver medalist Gemma Gibbons will be delivering a masterclass at Manor School and Sports College, Wellingborough on Sunday 19th April.
The event will start at 11am where there we will be the chance for training/open Randori for clubs and coaches. Please note that coaches must supervise judoka from their own club.
Juniors attending the event will receive an “Olympic Themed” party bag and will have a chance to have photos taken with Gibbons.
Laurence Kenyon, Eastern region Service Manager for British Judo said; āThis is an excellent opportunity for the judoka of Northamptonshire to learn from one of the iconic figures from the London 2012 Olympics. There arenāt many sports where you get the chance to work with athletes of Gemmaās levelā.

Venue: Manor School & Sports College, Mountbatten Way, Raunds, Wellingborough. Northamptonshire NN9 6PA
Times: 2pm to 3pm for Juniors (8yrs to 12yrs) and 3.30pm to 5.00pm Youth/Seniors (13 yrs+)
Tickets: Ā£15.00 each
