The Glasgow European Open returns to the Emirates Arena on Saturday 4th October 2014.

This year it’s the turn of our female judoka and Glasgow Commonwealth Games gold medallists Kimberley Renicks, Nekoda Davis, Megan Fletcher, Natalie Powell, and Sarah Adlington will be back in action.

Also competing will be London 2012 stars including, silver medallist Gemma Gibbons and Olympians Sally Conway, Kelly Edwards and Gemma Howell.

They will all be competing against some of the best female judoka Europe has to offer.

The event will boast an action packed day of competition beginning at 10am with all seven weight categories being completed in the evening session beginning at 5pm.

There will be opportunities to train or give judo a try for the first time with sessions hosted by Commonwealth medalists. There will also be the chance to meet your heroines during signing sessions throughout the day.
