Every second Friday in the month Pinewood Judo Club will be holding an open randori night between 19:30 until 21:00 at the club.

All are welcome and it is expected to be a fun but hard practice aimed at senior judoka of all grades and standards. Club visits are more than welcome and you can do as little or as much as you want.

The idea is to build up a strong but friendly practice session where ideas and techniques can be exchanged.

Open to seniors of any age and grade. If the evening proves successful then it may be introduced on the fourth Friday of the month, even weekly if demand is high enough.

Refreshments will be available in the bar next door which has many draft ales
on tap.

Rules:
Shoes are to be worn when off the mat.
You must hold a current licence – No Licence – no training.
Mat fee of £6 applies
