The British Judo Association and National Referee’s Commission are pleased to announce that one of our Referees has been selected to officiate at an upcoming EJU event.

Kin Ryu Judo Club’s Lisa Harrison has been selected to referee at the Cadet European Championships taking place in Kaunas, Lithuania during 30th June – 2nd July 2017.

Harrison obtained her International Judo Federation (IJF) Continental Referee qualification in October 2015, following a gruelling 3 day practical and theory assessment of their credentials.

The next progression on the Official’s Development Ladder is the IJF’s International qualification, the highest refereeing award in the sport.

British Judo would like to congratulate Lisa on this fantastic achievement and wish her great success at the event.
