2013 British Schools Championships – Injured or ill? Need to withdraw from this event?
The BJA Events Team want to ensure that the maximum number of players (525) are able to compete in the 2013 British School Championships.
If you need to withdraw from this event for any reason, please contact the BJA Events Teams at events@britishjudo.org.uk to inform them that you wish to withdraw and then your place can be offered to someone else who has been placed on the reserve list.
If you advise us that you are withdrawing before Friday 1st March 2013, we will be able to offer you a full refund as this will then give us the opportunity to replace your entry. This refund policy is only in place for the 2013 British Schools Championships because of the circumstances and no refunds, under any circumstances, including injury or illness will be offered after Friday 1st March 2013.
Please note, that because a reserve list system is in operation for this event, ALL competitors receive an automated e-mail prior to the event confirming their entry from the online entry system. Under no circumstances will anyone be able to enter the event on the day if written confirmation hasn’t been received previously, even if a withdrawal becomes available on the day as this will be unfair to the entrants who were placed on the reserve list but didn’t secure a place.
You can also check if your entry has been accepted by viewing the entry list – please click here
Your entry may not be showing no the entry list if your school / college have not approved your details. If this is the case, please ask the school / college to emailevents@britishjudo.org.uk and inform us of the name of the competitor the school or college name and the DoB of the competitor.
Thanks
BJA Events Team
