2013 British Schools Championships Entry full – Reserve List Now Open

British Judo would like to confirm that the entry for the 2013 British Schools Championships is now fully subscribed. The event which will take place on the 9th March 2013 at iceSheffield has reached its limit of 525 competitors before the closing date for entries.

Your entry may not be showing on the entry list if your school / college have not approved your details. If this is the case, please ask the school / college to email events@britishjudo.org.uk and inform us of the name of the competitor the school or college name and the DoB of the competitor
 
A reserve list for the event has been put into operation and will accept the first 50 reserve requests.
 
If you would like to request a place on the reserve list please email the following information: athletes name, academic year, licence number, parent/guardian contact number and players weight category, to events@britishjudo.org.uk.
 
If a place becomes available in the event, the BJA Events Team will contact the parent/guardian to discuss the entry process for their player. No players will be automatically entered at this stage.
 
The reserve list will be compiled on a first come first served basis via email receipt date and time.
 
Please note: No players from the reserve list or otherwise will be entered into the event on the day of the competition and no player will be entered unless the parent/guardian has been contacted.
 
If any entered player is required to withdraw from the event then please contact the Events Team. A full refund will be issued to any competitor who needs to withdraw to ensure we can maintain the maximum number of competitors for this event up to and including 25th Febuary 2013.
