We are currently recruiting for the following position:
Performance Pathway Manager
British Judo are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual for this exciting post. The post holder will develop and maintain the GB Judo Performance Pathway that identifies, nurtures and develops Judo athletes who have the potential to win medals at the Olympic & Paralympic Games and major senior Championships.
The post holder will manage the delivery of a systematic and highly effective Performance Pathway programme within the context of Judo’s World Class Performance Strategy as agreed with UK Sport, which ultimately results in an oversupply of Judo athletes meeting the required benchmarks at Performance Foundation & Podium Potential levels for the World Class Performance Programme.
